The existing roof type is a Modified Bitumen roof. The most congested rooftop we have ever experienced! The roof was experiencing leaks everywhere due to the traffic maintaining the many HVAC units and Ice machines. The roof was restored using a Silicone System. The Restoration project came with a 10yr Material and 5yr labor warranty.
