The existing roof type is an R-Panel mechanically fastened metal roof with an inlay gutter system. Skylights were removed and replaced with 24 ga galvalume R-Panels. The roof was restored with an Acrylic Urethane System. This Restoration project came with a 10yr material and 5yr labor warranty.
